Im looking for a laidback,responsible,easygoing person to share a great 2bedroom on 99th street right off of riverside drive. right off riverside park, its a great location very close to the 1,2,3&9 trains and crosstown bus. There is a supermarket,dry cleaners and duane reade right around the corner. Its a very nice,well maintained pre war elevator building with a live-in super and laundry room. the apartment is spacious with a large living room that seperates the 2 bedrooms. there are 10 foot cielings throughout and all rooms are windowed and bright. The room available is large (10x11) with a big closet and an airconditioner.
Im in my mid 30s,professional,easygoing,responsible,stable,outgoing,respectful of others privacy,non smoker and am looking for the same in a roomate. I am gay but as long as its not an issue for you its not a problem for me wether you are gay or straight. Just looking for a great roomate to share a really nice 2bedroom.
