About Us
I was born in a home in the country, but when young my family moved to a home in a city to be close to a better school. After I was married, my wife and I rented for awhile to save up some money. Then my wife and I got to a point where we wanted to buy a house that we could build a future in together. I spent over a year researching real estate factors of importance. I studied the different types of loan instruments available to home buyers and learned to ask the lender for what I wanted, not wait for them to offer a product.

When my business grew quickly and I needed an office in Stamford, and then later in New York, I had to learn first-hand about the difficulties of doing real estate transactions in a big market, full of hot-shot lawyers and very busy real estate service providers, where sometimes a transaction such as mine seemed small in comparison to large companies and movie stars. I learned to make use of every tool and connection I had in the real estate industry to ensure my transaction would get proper attention and handling to ensure success. I will make the same efforts for your real estate transaction just as if it were my own.
